03 · Automation & Custom Tools
Automation and custom tools that take the busywork off your team.
When a process lives in spreadsheets, copy-paste and repeated clicks, a small custom tool usually pays off faster than a big system. We build internal tools, automations and integrations, website calculators and browser extensions around the exact job your team does every day.

Automation & Custom Tools
Spreadsheets, copy-paste and the same clicks every day are a sign a tool is missing. We build focused tools around one job — internal web apps, data automation and integrations, website calculators and browser extensions — so your team stops doing by hand what software can do.
- 01
Internal web tools
Small web apps built for one job, such as planning delivery routes and printing shipping labels, generating quotes and contracts, or keeping a price list, fully usable in the browser on a computer or phone.
- 02
Excel & data automation
Excel and CSV files processed in batches, data cleaned and merged, and weekly reports generated automatically instead of rebuilt by hand.
- 03
Automation scripts & integrations
Scheduled jobs and API integrations that move data between your online store, CRM, accounting and messaging apps without copy-paste.
- 04
Web tools for your website
Calculators, quote builders, lookup tools and smart forms that help visitors decide and send you better enquiries.
- 05
Browser extensions
Chrome and Edge extensions that add the buttons and shortcuts your team needs inside the web platforms it already works in.
- 06
Maps, labels & devices
Tools that work with maps and routes, barcodes, and label or receipt printers, so the screen and the warehouse match.

06 FAQ
FAQ
What kinds of tools can you build?
Almost any repetitive process can become a tool: internal web apps such as a delivery route planner that prints shipping labels, Excel and data automation, scheduled scripts and API integrations, calculators and quote builders for your website, and Chrome or Edge extensions. Tell us how the work is done today and we’ll propose the simplest tool that does it.
Custom tool or off-the-shelf software: which should I choose?
If an existing app does the job at a reasonable price, use it. A custom tool makes sense when your process is specific, when you pay for a large platform to use one feature, or when you need to connect tools that don’t talk to each other.
How much does a custom tool cost?
It depends on what the tool must do, how many systems it connects to and how many people use it. We start from your current process, define the smallest useful version and quote it in stages.
Is our data safe in a custom tool?
Tools that handle customer or business data get login and access control from day one, run on infrastructure you control, and show each person only the data they need. We follow the EU GDPR.
Do you build Chrome extensions?
Yes. We build Chrome and Edge extensions for internal use or for publishing in the Chrome Web Store, for example to add actions to a web platform your team works in all day.
How is a custom tool different from n8n or an AI agent?
Automation platforms such as n8n are great for connecting apps with standard steps; a custom tool is better when people need their own screen to work in, the logic is specific or the volume is high. We often combine them, and add an AI agent where a step needs judgment.
Can a custom tool use AI and run on a phone?
Yes. A tool can use AI to read documents and photos, sort and draft text, or answer staff questions from your own information, and its screens are designed for phones, so drivers, sales reps and warehouse staff can do the whole job from a phone and add the tool to their home screen like an app.
