01 What we collect
When you use the contact form on this website, or contact us by WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, phone or email, we process the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, contact details and enquiry.
02 Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver contracted services. The legal basis is your consent and the steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract.
03 Contact form
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our mailbox by email via Cloudflare, Inc. and stored by our email provider, Google. Both may transfer data to the United States under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
To protect the form against spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It is loaded only when you start filling in the form and processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
04 Website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to obtain aggregated statistics about visits to this website, such as pages viewed and approximate location. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings”. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
05 Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we work together, for the periods required by law.
06 Your rights
You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability by emailing info@usualmatrix.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
